resolve absolute paths to repodir, remove basename just use strrchr.

- resolve repodir, for example: stagit-index ../ used to use ".." as the name,
now it will resolve to the real directory name.
- just use strrchr(path, '/') instead of basename, '/' path separator is now
  used.
